Human Rights and Diversity in Sexual Orientation

ILGA World Conference, Geneva

Australian lawyer Rachael Wallbank, one of the Rights Australia delegates to the 23rd World Conference of ILGA, addressed the conference on the human rights issues relating to diversity in sexual formation. Outlining developments in Australian case law, Rachael identified core themes needing to be addressed in the development of international law and UN action in the field of human rights, sexual orientation and gender identity.
